PDAX
Philippine Digital Asset Exchange (PDAX)
Data verified on unchanged since the sources
Worth it if you operate from the Philippines and want a BSP-licensed VASP since 2018, with peso on/off-ramp and the infrastructure behind GCash.
Avoid it if you are in Europe: operations are concentrated on the Philippines and, as a custodial exchange, assets stay with the platform.
PDAX (Philippine Digital Asset Exchange) is a Philippine cryptocurrency exchange letting users buy, sell and trade Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP and over 70 digital assets using the Philippine peso. It was among the first VASPs authorised by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), licensed in 2018, and is one of the few active registered exchanges in the country. It also powers GCrypto, GCash's crypto platform. Beyond the retail app it offers institutional services (PDAX Prime) and infrastructure for partners.
