Promp is an independent informational comparator of crypto cards and digital banking services, with no intent to collect
or monetise user data.
2. Data Collected and Purposes
2a. Navigation and analytics
Promp uses a privacy-friendly analytics tool that uses no cookies, does not collect full IP addresses, and does not track users across sessions or websites. Data is exclusively aggregate (e.g. visit counts, country, browser) and does not allow individual identification.
No behavioural tracking, advertising retargeting or individual profiling is performed.
2b. Voluntary contact data
If you contact us by email, we store your address and message content to reply to you and, where necessary, handle your request. We do not use this data for unsolicited commercial communications.
2c. Affiliate links
Some links to compared services are affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link and access a third-party provider's site, that provider's own privacy policy applies. Promp does not receive personal data from these providers.
3. Legal Basis
Processing of aggregate navigation data is based on Promp's legitimate interest in improving the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). As no cookies or individual tracking are used, consent is not required for this purpose.
Processing of contact data is based on pre-contractual measures or fulfilment of a data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. Retention
Aggregate analytics data contains no personal data and is retained indefinitely for historical analysis. Contact emails are retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the request and no longer than 24 months.
5. Recipients and Transfers
Promp does not share or sell personal data to third parties. Aggregate analytics data resides on European servers managed by Promp. No transfers to third countries are made.
6. Your Rights
